Who We Are

Welcome! My name is Hatim Bilal. I am the CEO and founder of Team Estates, Inc. I’ve been helping clients and customers succeed in real estate since I was 18 years old! I worked in the real estate business with my best friend and his family part-time. I originally went to school to become a nurse, but God had different plans for me. From 18 to 25 years old I ended up working for a mortgage company, HUD (Housing & Urban Development), Wells Fargo Bank, and First American Title. I held some very honorable positions within these companies and eventually got licensed back in 2005. So by the time, I went full-time in Real Estate back in 2007. I was very well-rounded with knowledge about each aspect of the industry. We are now an established business that has been providing quality service to our clients since then. Our team of experienced professionals has created a successful and rewarding business that is built on trust, reliable information, and customer satisfaction.

We love helping clients build wealth with the best asset on the planet. Real Estate! Along the way, my gorgeous wife Charity joined me to bring an even better experience for our clients. Buying real estate can be one of the biggest purchases of your life so purchase with confidence when you work with our team. I come from a pretty big family. I have 3 older and 3 younger brothers which makes me the middle child of seven. My mom and dad kept trying for a girl but didn’t get so lucky. I was born in Houston, TX, but I have also lived in N. Carolina, and Las Vegas, Arizona and I have spent most of my time in Eden Prairie, MN where we reside now. We got married back in 2008 and have a daughter beautiful daughter named Elyse. Praying and practicing to have more! In my spare time, I love to play basketball, chess, and poker. Card and board games are also a blast with friends and family. We can never get enough of that! The outdoors is another great sanctuary for me to wine down and relax as well. From time to time my wife and I love to give back by volunteering at local nursing homes. They can never get enough love and they have the best stories to tell! We also spend time with our local faith community and neighborhood.

I stumbled upon Hatim Bilal while working with another realtor. I was annoyed that my current realtor wasn't listening to my must haves and wasn't answering any of my questions. I then found Hatim. We spent 1 night looking at a ton of houses. Each one had 4/5 at least of my must haves. I was very excited that the last house that we looked at the night was the one. Hatim helped us find a home in a very hot market with some pretty restrictive requirements. I can be a pretty high strung person and I have to hand it to Hatim. Highly professional and exceptionally personal. How do the two coexist? Hatim Bilal pulls it off. Frequent updates on new market homes, flexible to accomodate the most complex schedules, organized, and prepared to meet a large variety of housing needs. Hatim was a joy to work with while searching for my boyfriends home and later for mine. Even the kids loved visits with him and looked forward to home tours.
